Very poor quality
Quality of fit and finish is appalling. Incorrect parts shipped and no reply from customer service. Instructions are good but you will need tools to fasten bolts and a decent screwdriver.
Update: Replacement Part now shipped (not received yet) from iFit (icon europe?). Quality unchanged.
Outstanding customer service !!
Was not sure what brand to go with for a machine. After speaking to Juliette at proform I was sold. Not only due the the machine spec, price and the offer but also the service she supplied was amazing. She went above and beyond to help with any questions and concerns I had. The service you receive is in my opinion as important as the item you are buying. I left and biught with zero worries. We'll done to you guys !!
Late Delivery, Bad Customer Service
I ordered on Nov 15th, today is Dec 13th and still have no signs when i will have a working Treadmill. Problems started with no delivery with SLA of 10 days. It took at least 5 calls to sales to get a date scheduled on 8th. If i didnt call that many times they were going to deliver on 16th.
Item delivered had faulty handrail parts that prevents full installation. As of today I am still waiting for response from customer service on this. Instead of calling they send short emails which clearly shows they dont understand the issue. And when i respond, it goes back to a queue. It should be the evidence there are a lot of problems, otherwise why would there be a long wait to get a response.?
Meanwhile the 1 month free IFIT trial expired but even for something simple like this, they are unable to change the dates electronically.
It is just a really bad overall experience.
I will update if the issues cant be resolved and if I need to return a half assembled device. I cant imagine how this would work.
A catalogue of errors...
A catalogue of errors that began with a 2nd hand, returned bike being delivered to me instead of a new one, as well additional items I'd ordered not arriving and eventually ended with me chasing up couriers to return the faulty (new) bike and chasing the supplier for a refund.
Truly awful customer service!

Excellent service and fantastic machine. They delivered and got my machine up and running ( not bad for a bike ?) before they left. They demoed it for me -so efficient and helpful .
Worth every penny - can’t rate them or the machine highly enough.

Terrible Quality Products & Service
Ordered a Proform Pro HIIT H14 machine back in April. Item came with marks, scratches, panels snapped and a crooked screen. Took them a month to send a replacement. However, they sent a Proform CSC bike as a replacement. I've now been waiting 3 days for a response from Customer Services with no reply. I've paid for a HIIT machine and I've got a product a fraction of the price. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service. Delivered a treadmill, had a broken bit of plastic at ankle level. Asked for a replacement part - no dice. Long delays on the email chain. Offered me a 1 month extension to the warranty and a 1 month (£9.99) IFIT membership. So they’re coming to pick it up apparently. Oh well, I’ll buy another (different make and distributor obviously) when I get my refund. Unbelievable.
Terrible product with worse customer service
Bought an expensive treadmill, delivered broken. Told me I had to arrange and pay for the disassembly and also fork out another £199 to assemble a replacement unit! Abysmal customer service. Do not purchase Nordic Track, ProForm, IFit, or anything under that umbrella of companies. Absolutely rubbish equipment, even worse customer service. I’m stuck with a brand new broken treadmill they sell for £1299!

Really poor customer support!
Bought the bike, no problems there & love it. However, couldn't register it as the scan code did not work. Had a call from customer services, mentioned this and the headphone jack doesn't work & was told they'd have to pass it on as they can't fix these issues. Since then, Ive had 3 emails asking how my experience was/asking for feedback but absolutely nothing in terms of acknowledging or fixing the item, so here's your feedback.
Great 525 CSE elliptical trainer
Great 525 CSE elliptical trainer. Easy to set up and connect to iFit application. I now have this and exercise bike that I have had for some time.
If I have ever spoken to their customer service I'm greeted with a friendly person on the other side of the phone eager to help.
Can't find any faults with ProFrom Fitness.

Absolutely love the cross trainer 2 in 1 machine.
It took a little time to out together but we got there in the end. Unfortunately one of the pieces was scratched, but we were offered a replacement part. All in all a great machine, & a really good service. Thank you
IFit startup problem
Initially the treadmill was unusable as there’s a process you have to go through that’s not documented anywhere on the manual. When I contacted customer services they could not help. Luckily I found a YouTube video from another customer with the answer
Get a 5 yr gym membership its cheaper.
Purchased a Proformfitness Tour-De-France 2 bike (TDF 2) did not use it much for the first two years.
When the pandemic started i turned it on and the software updated and corrupted the console making the bike a very large useless doorstop.
I contacted Proformfitness only to be told the bike is discontinued and they do not stock spares and idvised me to contact IFit. IFit told me the same. So i took the bike to the skip.
The bottom line is this bike cost me about £1,400 and i had it for just over two years b4 it stopped working. I could have got 5yrs gym membership for that price.
Rubbish.

Faulty and no sign of repair
Purchased an elliptical machine at the end of September. After setting the machine up and then turning it on, it was determined that the motor was faulty and replacement parts would be sent to an engineer and to wait 7-12 days. To date, after daily, weekly phones calls still not had a response back. Come and pick the machine back up

Love our RL Sport rowing machine!
Really pleased with the price and quality of our Pro-Form RL Sport rowing machine. It arrived on time with no problems. Setting up was pretty simple and when I needed to speak to customer services re setting up the warranty they were really helpful and got it sorted. Enjoying the subscription to iFit so far, loads of great videos and programmes to work through!
